PROJECTS

SHEPPEY COURT, MINSTER
Sheppey Court is Grade II Listed early 19th century Greek Revival style country house, built by Sir Edward Banks; an important builder and contractor in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
Working alongside an experienced team of consultants to enhance the existing outline scheme and constraints with a full understanding and appreciation for the history and significance of the site and its surroundings.
We aim to bring Sheppey Court back into residential use alongside a complimentary development comprising 40 residential units in 2021

THE BELL, TEMPLE EWELL
Paramount are working to deliver a commercially viable scheme allowing the retention of an iconic and attractive building in Temple Ewell.
Consideration has been given to offer the right mix of units for the local community comprising six family homes, and six spacious apartments.
The converted layout of the former public house optimises every available space and possible private entrance whilst incorporating as many of the character features as possible

LEGION HOUSE, THANET
Legion House is an important example of Georgian design, a Grade II listed building within a designated conservation area.
Past uses have put pressure on the integrity of the interior and exterior of the property. Unfortunately the fabric of the listed building has deteriorated and been damaged by both natural causes and significant vandalism.
Paramount propose to restore the building and provide a sustainable economic future by converting the whole building into spacious apartments incorporating a sympathetically designed extension
