COULD I JUST PROMOTE THE LAND MYSELF?
Land promotion can be a long and demanding process; In addition to the large application planning costs, it requires considerable financial investment and risk.
We extensively research opportunities with an in-depth understanding of the complexities of the planning landscape. constantly monitoring the changing market and area profiles within our region, revisiting schemes to ensure we are delivering the best most viable development.
We have built strong connections and partnerships within the industry ensuring we have the expertise to clear the planning and technical hurdles required to secure the maximum sales value for your land.
WHAT IF PLANNING PERMISSION ISN'T GRANTED?
We seek to secure planning permission at a local level, but in the unfortunate event of an appeal or legal challenge we engage our legal team in preparing the appeal case.
At every stage, we test and check our applications to ensure they accord with statutory or emerging national and regional planning policies, to maintain their robustness which will give us the best possible chance of a planning success.
If Paramount do not achieve planning permission over the period of the promotion agreement, the agreement will come to an end and we will bear all the expenditure.

WHAT ARE THE ALTERNATIVES?
As land promoters we would work with you to bring forward your land under either a promotion agreement, option agreement or unconditional purchase to suit your requirements as the landowner.

WHAT IF MY LAND DOESN'T SELL?
As a scheme evolves, we are always reviewing the market and thinking ahead in terms of sales strategy to avoid such circumstances.
In the event that there is a failure in the market or the offers received do not meet our expectations; we can organise and fund the implementation of the necessary infrastructure so that the land can be sold in smaller plot sizes or self build opportunities.
Alternatively we are happy to suspend the sale and bring the site back to the market within an agreed time period.
